Our delivery policy.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, orders placed after 2pm Friday are shipped next working day (Monday)
We aim for all to reach our customers within 5 working days (it is usually much sooner though!!)
All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Delivery and may require a signature.
We ship within the UK, Europe and Internationally.

Our returns policy.
We are happy to refund any product that is unworn and is in its original condition, with its labels attached, returned to us within 14 days of purchase, items received after this will not be accepted.
If there is an issue with your order or your goods, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you need to return something, please ensure all tags are attached to the item and that the item is exactly as you received it. You need to return it to us within 14 days from the date on the dispatch note.
Please be very careful when trying on garments as we cannot refund items that are damaged, stained, have been worn or washed. We check all items thoroughly before shipping and when returned to us.
For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery and opened/used cosmetics cannot be refunded.
Lingerie and swimwear with the seal removed are non-refundable. We recommend when trying on lingerie or swimwear that you try them on over your underwear with the hygiene seal in place.
Sale items are non returnable.
All postage costs are non refundable.
We do not cover return postage costs for un wanted items, it is therefore your responsibility for the return postage.
We regret we currently only offer refunds and not stock exchanges.
Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to show in your account.
How to return an item.
Please return your item with any paperwork included with your order or include a note with your name, address and order number which can be found on your email confirmation.
We advise using a signed service and keep proof of postage until we have received your return.
Repack your item in its original condition with tags still attached and send it to:
