Our delivery policy.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, orders placed after 12pm Friday are shipped next working day (Monday)
All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Delivery and may require a signature.
We ship within the UK, Europe and Internationally.
Free Delivery for orders over £75 in the UK.

UK Tracked & Signed - From £5.99 - 1-3 working days
International inc EU & ROI - From £9.99 Tracked & Signed 7-14 working days
**Please note on occasion due to circumstances out of our control with delivery can be delayed by up to 7 working days.
International shipping includes The European Union and Republic of Ireland. Some counties & regions may incur customs charges. Unfortunately this is very much out of our control. The shipping fees we charge DO NOT include customs charges. You may incur extra charges on top of your shipping fees. Unique Boutique UK does not hold any liability in paying custom fees. Any import tax applied to your delivery is changed by your country of residence and is your sole responsibility to pay. Where products are shipped internationally, it is possible that they may be held for some time by customs. This can cause unforeseen delays and add to the advised shipping times.
Our returns policy.
We are happy to refund any product that is unused, unopened and is in its original condition, with its labels attached, returned to us within 14 days of purchase, items received after this will not be accepted.
If there is an issue with your order or your goods, please let us know as soon as possible.
Sale items are non returnable.
All postage costs are non refundable.
We do not cover return postage costs for unwanted items, it is therefore your responsibility for the return postage.
We regret we currently only offer refunds and not stock exchanges.
Please allow up to 7-14 days for your refund to show in your account.
How to return an item.
Please return your item with any paperwork included with your order or include a note with your name, address and order number which can be found on your email confirmation.
We advise using a signed service and keep proof of postage until we have received your return.
Repack your item in its original condition with tags still attached and email us to request a refund and return address.

Faulty Items & Exchanges & Refunds (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com with photographic evidence and the UBUK team will be happy to help you.
