Confidence Level 💯 with Built by Becky 💪🏼

Ah rest day 🙌🏼

It’s the first week of my new 6 week fitness challenge on the Built by Becky app!

I feel great! Every inch of my body is feeling worked out! I have slightly achy muscles but I love that feeling!!!

I discovered Becky’s workouts nearly 2 years ago when she was doing her fitness challenges on Instagram.

I was going through a really arduous time in life and wanted to get back into working out. I was going through one of those times where life takes over and dictates everything. I’d been very ill too and wanted to get back on track.

Exercise is my de-stressor. I always feel amazing when I’m lifting weights 🏋🏻‍♀️ and active!

It has such a positive impact on my mental wellbeing as well as overall health and of course how I look!

I’ve always been active and a bit of a gym bunny for many years.

As much as I love working out I never really saw significant changes to my body, I wasn’t unfit or out of shape but I never really saw much of a difference in my physique. I felt great but never seemed to look fitter.

I’d up my cardio, I lift heavier weights but still stayed the same, I still enjoyed the workout and all the other benefits of doing them.

When I stumbled across Becky’s profile I instantly resonated with her story of working out and never seeing huge gains until she started doing the workouts she was sharing online - and wow does she look a-m-a-z-i-n-g 🔥

I loved that the workouts were short and easily slotted into my daily routine.

Don’t be fooled they may be short but they’re not sweet 🤣 they pack a punch!

They target 🎯 every single muscle! They were challenging 😰 they fit perfectly into my day and I felt amazing afterwards!

It was just what I needed!

The best thing though is these convenient workouts made the biggest difference I have seen in my body shape and in such a short amount of time!

I was obsessed 😍

I’ve tried many different workouts and routines over the years but nothing quite hits the spot for me as these workouts have!!! 🙌🏼

Fast forward to today and Becky now has her own fitness app and it didn’t disappoint! It’s brilliant 🤩

If like me, you are short on time and want to workout from home. I can’t recommend it enough. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced fitness person Becky’s workout’s are brilliant.

I love Becky’s authenticity, she has days she doesn’t want to do it but she does it anyway and that’s so encouraging to see that she feels like that too and that’s normal and OK, but do it anyway 😆

The app also has so many features including meal options, forums and a ton of other exercises and challenges that you can do in your own time.

Not to mention confidence level 💯 you feel after completing each workout!
